Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "Platform" refers to the ok zzz website, mobile application and all related digital services. "Member" refers to any person who has completed registration on the platform. "Bet" or "Gameplay" refers to participation in casino games, slots, live casino or sports betting.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and may be changed by ok zzz at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Membership and Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Password Security

3.2 Account Verification

ok zzz may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals or large transactions may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This process is in place to protect the member's account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on the ok zzz platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Please fill in your details accurately when making a deposit — ok zzz is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5–30 minutes. Account verification must be complete before making a withdrawal. Winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Transaction Transparency

Members can view their transaction history on the platform at any time. Any discrepancy must be reported to support within 24 hours.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotions

ok zzz offers various deals each week including a weekly reload bonus, slots festival bonus and cricket season rewards. Each promotion comes with specific terms, wagering requirements and an expiry date.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any given time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, ok zzz reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
• ok zzz reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

6.1 Play Limits and Responsible Gaming

VIP Program and Rewards Policy

The ok zzz VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate increases as members move to higher tiers.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on total net losses for the week. VIP benefits may be changed by ok zzz at any time.
